Job Description
The successful candidate will provide administrative support functions to FortisBC's Operations and Engineering teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing and interpreting information to support operations group
- Receiving and initiating reports of system faults or damage
- Processing work orders and notifications
- Maintaining contact with field resources regarding scheduled and ongoing work
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- High school graduation
- Nine months of directly related work experience, typically gained as an OSR 2
- Strong organizational skills, including multi-tasking, prioritization, and working under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A working knowledge of computer systems operations and various applications software
