About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Breakthru Beverage Group as a Beverage Sales Consultant and play a key role in driving sales growth and building strategic relationships with key accounts. As a successful candidate, you will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think strategically and act tactically.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at on-premise accounts.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize sales of supplier brands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive business results.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
