Vehicle Sales and Leasing Specialist

MINI Oakville is seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling luxury vehicles to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and understand the dealership sales process
- Own every aspect of the sales process, from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery
- Present and demonstrate inventory to clients
- Develop and execute strategies for increasing market share
- Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
- Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards
- Stay up-to-date on products, market trends and certification
- Familiarity with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software is required
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or GED
- Sales experience is an asset, but not necessary
- Valid Ontario Driver's License
Compensation:
Salary plus commission, car allowance, and paid company benefits
