Golderado Contracting Corp is seeking an experienced Earthworks Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and directing crews to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule construction activities to meet project timelines and budgets.
  • Direct and supervise construction crews to ensure safe and efficient work practices.
  • Collaborate with safety advisors to ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
  • Develop and implement effective organizational structures to optimize construction operations.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a superintendent role, with a strong background in earthworks construction.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects, with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct construction crews.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and proprietary software, with experience in project management and construction planning.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
