About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our hotel operations at Det'on Cho We Le Dai LP. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of department heads and staff to achieve business objectives and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the hotel's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and that their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Staff Development: Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Compliance: Ensure that the hotel operates in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior management role in the hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Language: English.
