Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Cash Handling and Inventory Management
Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
Inventory Organization and MaintenanceOrganize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stock management and minimize waste.
Health and Safety ComplianceEnsure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers.
Customer Service and Conflict ResolutionAddress customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner to resolve issues promptly.
Operations Planning and ManagementPlan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees- Newcomer Recruitment and Support
Recruit and support newcomers and refugees who were displaced by a conflict or natural disaster, providing them with opportunities for employment and integration.
Credential Recognition SupportSupport newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition to help them access employment opportunities.
Support for Youths- Youth Training and Development
Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth to equip them with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the workforce.
Permanent Work OpportunityProvide a permanent work opportunity for youth, allowing them to gain valuable work experience and build their careers.
English Language SupportSupport youth in developing their English language skills to enhance their employability and career prospects.
Flexible Work ArrangementOffer a flexible work arrangement of 30 hours per week to accommodate the needs of youth and ensure a healthy work-life balance.
