About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team at Bawa Property Management Inc. as a key member of our maintenance and repair team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Repair of Plumbing Systems
    • Install, maintain, and repair domestic, commercial, and industrial plumbing fixtures and systems.
    • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems.
  • Site Preparation and Planning
    • Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors.
    • Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings.
  • Pipe Fitting and Joining
    • Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, or soldering, brazing, and welding equipment.
    • Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to the required shape and size.
  • Supervision and Teamwork
    • Supervise a team of 3-4 people.
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve project goals.
  • Security and Safety
    • Undergo a criminal record check.
  • Transportation and Travel
    • Use own transportation to travel to work sites.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Work in physically demanding environments.
    • Handle heavy loads.
    • Work under pressure.
  • Tools and Equipment
    • Use steel-toed safety boots.
