The estimated salary for this role is between $90,800 and $122,900 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. This competitive compensation package reflects the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Specialist - IT Project Lead to join our team. As a key member of our project management unit, you will be responsible for leading technology projects that drive business growth and enhance customer experiences. Your expertise will help us navigate complex stakeholder engagements, vendor relationships, and procurement processes.

Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing innovative technology solutions that support our vision of being the best transportation solution for our riders. You will work closely with senior leaders, stakeholders, and vendors to identify opportunities, develop requirements, and ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A post-secondary degree in computer science, business, or engineering with a technology focus, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Considerable experience in a related field, combined with at least 5 years of leadership and project management experience.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, manage multiple priorities, and navigate complex technical environments.
