About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic individual to join our team as a Red Bull Student Marketeer. As a representative of the Red Bull brand, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness and product understanding on campus and in your region.

Your primary objective will be to reach new consumers, excite university students, increase sales, and manage the Red Bull brand at your campus. This includes direct contact with consumers and customers, inviting product trial, and working at Red Bull events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience.

You will be part of a dynamic and empowered brand and product ambassador program, working closely with local sales account managers to ensure Red Bull is available and visible in outlets. You will also collaborate with sales to open new distribution points for Red Bull within your university campus and beyond.

As a Red Bull Student Marketeer, you will be expected to deliver executional excellence, show love for the details, and contribute to the development of the Red Bull media business by providing local insights, trends, and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Represent the Red Bull brand in a premium way through everyday interactions with consumers or customers.
  2. Grow the user base by inviting positive trial and awareness of Red Bull through product sampling to consumers at the right place and right time.
  3. Build and execute a tailored and innovative campus plan that engages students and brings the brand to life at university.
  4. Establish and maintain relationships with key local individuals and drive brand engagement on social media handles via authentic content.
  5. Work at Red Bull events and supported events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience for consumers.
  6. Collaborate with sales to open new distribution points for Red Bull within your university campus and beyond.
  7. Ensure perfect execution of defined store standards.
  8. Deliver executional excellence and show love for the details in all areas of your role.
  9. Contribute to the development of the Red Bull media business by providing local insights, trends, and opportunities.
Requirements

We are looking for a passionate and charismatic individual who is immersed in student life and has a thorough understanding of the collegiate landscape, city, and region. You should have excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and an entrepreneurial spirit. You should also be highly approachable and social, with the ability to relate to different people on many occasions.

Additionally, you should have a full, valid Canadian driver's license with a clear abstract, be available to work evenings and weekends, and be enrolled at St. Clair College. Fluency in English is also required.
