Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Provide guidance and support to staff to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
- Operations and Administration
- Manage the store's inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Authorize payments and manage the store's finances.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Team Development
- Develop and implement training programs to help staff improve their skills and knowledge.
- Provide feedback and coaching to staff to help them improve their performance.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
