Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at A & Sons Corporation. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including cashiers, grocery clerks, and shelf stockers.
- Operations: Manage store inventory, order merchandise, and authorize returns.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and provide a welcoming environment for all customers.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to improve store performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
