As a key partner of a leading AI-driven HR software vendor, we are looking for a Senior Functional Consultant/HR Solution Implementation Consultant to drive discovery and design sessions with our clients' Human Resources teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive discovery and design sessions with clients' HR teams to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Act as a functional consultant in HR implementation projects focused on Talent Modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in technology implementation and consulting.
  • Strong experience working daily with an HRIS/HCM or an ATS.
  • Fluent English language skills.
