Job Summary

Northern Health Authority is seeking a skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our team. As a Primary Care Mental Health Specialist, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care and support. Key Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, treatment, and support to patients with mental health and substance use issues
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families on mental health and substance use management
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an Allied Health, Behavioral or Social Science field
• 2 years of experience in a health setting working with complex care clients
• Current valid BC driver's license
