Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at C&A Toner Ltd. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely manner.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining the highest level of quality and consistency.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that their needs are met.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and up-to-date information to management.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, providing management with the information they need to make informed decisions.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Setting: Food service establishment
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
