Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Director to spearhead the development and implementation of a comprehensive three-year innovation pipeline for all brands within Meals and Culinary. This change leader will build a strategic vision, drive cross-functional alignment, and oversee the innovation launch calendar.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategy for a three-year innovation pipeline, partnering with Foodservice Vend partners to create brand experiences in new channels.
  • Lead whitespace development for strategy and innovation in On the Go consumption and Macrosnacks.
  • Cultivate and develop a marketing team of 3, while maintaining strong managerial linkages with cross-functional partners.
  • Prioritize and execute multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including National, regional, channel, and customer-specific innovations.

Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate/Graduate Degree (Business/Marketing degree preferred).
  • Demonstrated expertise in simplifying complexity, developing executable strategies, and coaching cross-functional teams.
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience, with a proven track record of coaching and developing team members.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
