Food Service Team Lead

THE ROLLIN PIZZA is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our fast-paced environment.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and submit reports on food service operations and staff performance.
- Supervise the assembly and delivery of food trays and trolleys, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
THE ROLLIN PIZZA is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, requiring our team members to be flexible and adaptable. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be working in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with regular breaks to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Language:English is the primary language spoken in our kitchen and dining areas. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to communicate effectively with our staff and customers in English.Hours:
35 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
