Material Handler

Vijayani Vithanage is a dynamic and growing company that values hard work and dedication. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our Warehouse Operations team.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Material Handler to assist in the efficient movement and storage of goods in our distribution center. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Loading and Unloading: Load and unload products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products.
- Order Fulfillment: Ship orders and pick orders and stock.
- Inventory Management: Weigh materials and goods, make labels, and attach to goods.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Warehouse Organization: Organize and maintain inventory, and organize inventories using computerized inventory control systems.
The Material Handler will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with a large workload. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment, have excellent communication skills, and be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
Requirements- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Will train.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
