About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team as a Discipline Lead for our Environmental Infrastructure Market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing technical personnel within the Mechanical Discipline on projects, including water and wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, biogas systems, and solid digestion systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and project management of mechanical systems for water and wastewater treatment plants
  • Providing mechanical expertise for engineering studies and condition assessments
  • Liaising with clients and regulatory bodies to understand their requirements and integrate compliance into project design
  • Leading or assisting in proposal preparation, including scope definition and estimating level of effort
  • Mentoring designers and junior engineers
