We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Store Operations Manager to join our team at B.C. LTD.

This is a permanent full-time position working 32 to 35 hours per week with a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Team Management
    • Assign tasks and duties to sales staff effectively
    • Train or arrange for training of new staff members
  • Merchandise Management
    • Order merchandise as needed
    • Authorize returns and exchanges of merchandise
  • Operations Coordination
    • Establish work schedules and manage store operations
    • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Customer Service
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail management
  • Skills and Qualifications:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Familiarity with inventory management and sales reporting systems
