Job Title: Merchandising Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Merchandising Team Lead to join our team at Advantage Solutions Inc. in Canada. As a Merchandising Team Lead, you will be responsible for merchandising and resetting products at retail accounts to ensure customer and client expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement customer-approved schematics and planograms with all items tagged and approved by store management.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, including store management and Advantage Solutions management.
  • Complete accurate and timely reporting, recaps, timesheets, and expense reports.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience in retail, consumer package goods, or merchandising.
  • 0-2 years of experience in retail merchandising and/or selling.
  • Strong self-management skills and ability to work independently or with other merchandisers.
  • Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds and stand on feet for up to 8 hours.
