Senior Credit Risk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Credit Risk Manager to join our team at CWB Financial Group. As a key member of our Credit Risk Management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of our diversified lending portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct credit adjudication and leadership to branches across our diversified lending verticals and geography.
- Develop and implement sound lending practices to minimize loan loss experience.
- Collaborate with various partners and parties to ensure business opportunities align with our strategic direction and risk appetite.
- Supervise designated portfolios and provide oversight of Out of Order, Impaired Loan, and Watch List Reports.
- Act as a key member of our CRM change team as we transition to a model-enabled bank.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in Commerce, Economics, Finance, or Accounting fields.
- Minimum seven years of experience in commercial and corporate lending, including direct client-facing and underwriting positions.
- Strong understanding and experience in origination/adjudication across all geographies of our footprint.
- Presentation skills in both large and small groups.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work through complex situations and yield solutions.
