Senior Operations Director

At Alberta Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Director to lead our organization to success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and experience, with a focus on establishing and managing major departments and senior staff positions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Establishing objectives for the organization and formulating or approving policies and programs
- Representing the organization in negotiations or other official functions
- Selecting middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegating authority
- Establishing financial and administrative controls and approving promotional campaigns
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MS Excel and MS Office, as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
