Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Nova Hotels. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction in our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Housekeeping Department Management: Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including supervising housekeeping staff and ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure that we have sufficient stock to meet the needs of the hotel.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Work closely with the front desk and other departments to ensure that guest satisfaction is consistently high.
Requirements
  • Education and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in a supervisory role in a hotel setting is an asset.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English required.
  • Computer Skills: Intermediate computer skills required.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills required.
