Job DescriptionThe Strategic Sales and Licensing Director will partner with Universities, Pro Leagues, and influential companies to grow the lululemon brand through strategic licensed products. This role involves identifying new licenses, developing brand-building relationships, and managing existing partnerships while focusing on quality growth. Key responsibilities include working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Production, Design, Product Development, Responsible Supply Chain, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to develop and rollout external facing resources required to educate licensing teams on lululemon's process and policy. The ideal candidate will also lead marketing ideation calls between Licensing Directors, University Marketing Teams, and lululemon Marketing/Community teams to support key campaigns and initiatives.
Key Qualifications- 3+ years of experience in relationship management, sales, or customer service roles.
- Ability to travel within the US and Canada as needed.
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Smartsheets.
- Organized calendar management skills.
Lululemon offers a competitive compensation package based on market location and individual performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500-$107,000 CAD annually. Permanent employees may be eligible for our annual bonus program and total rewards offering, including extended health and dental benefits, paid time off, savings and retirement plan matching, generous employee discount, fitness classes, and extensive career development opportunities.
