Job Overview

The Visual Communications Specialist will play a significant role in shaping our Company identity and creating engaging visuals that resonate with our target audience both inside and outside the organization.

This position requires a creative professional with strong design skills and experience working with the Adobe Creative Suite of tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create visually appealing presentations for internal and external use, encompassing pitches, webinars, and reports.
  • Collaborate with content creators, executives, and key stakeholders to develop and implement design concepts that align with project objectives.
  • Partner with the Human Resources team to craft engaging visuals for internal digital and print initiatives aimed at boosting employee engagement.
  • Help enhance the design and upkeep of the Prin Cowan Insurance Group intranet to ensure a user-friendly interface and elevate presented content.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field with equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years of progressive professional experience in a graphic or media layout design role with responsibilities including presentation design and visual layout production.
  • Experience working with the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • MS Office 365 proficiency, particularly with MS PowerPoint.
  • Experience in a B2B environment, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Self-starter with a desire to continually learn and grow.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging diverse audiences.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary, company-matched retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
