**About the Role**
Emil Anderson Properties is seeking a skilled Lot Sales Representative to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction in the Kelowna and West Kelowna region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for effectively presenting the single-family lot product features to prospective buyers and successfully closing sales to meet targeted objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Operate in accordance with and uphold Emil Anderson Group (EAG) Core Values in all aspects of your work.
* Develop an in-depth understanding of the neighborhood and the offerings of Emil Anderson Properties.
* Engage with prospects by demonstrating product offering, discussing features and pricing, and identifying customer needs.
* Follow up diligently with all visitors, phone, and web inquiries, maintaining accurate records in the CRM.
* Prepare and manage lots contracts, ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate.
* Provide weekly sales reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
* Participate in marketing and sales meetings, equipped with current market intelligence.
**Requirements**
* 1+ years of new home sales or land sales experience with a proven track record for driving sales and customer satisfaction.
* Knowledge of the real estate industry is considered an asset.
* Experience in land development & home building is also considered a major asset.
**What We Offer**
* $25/hr PLUS attractive commission on each deal
