About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Claims Adjuster Trainee to join our team at Xpera. As a Claims Adjuster Trainee, you will be responsible for handling, investigating, and managing claims, as well as reviewing coverages, limitations, warranties, and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a case load of claim matters in compliance with KPIs and SLAs
- Prepare documents and mandatory forms as required
- Ensure appropriate coverage is in place
- Follow guidelines and instructions
Requirements:
- Ability to obtain an adjuster's license
- Previous experience in a related field, such as builder or construction, is an asset
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
