Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team at Grind Contracting LTD. As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting our construction team with various tasks, including loading and unloading materials, erecting and dismantling scaffolding, and cleaning up construction sites.

Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as needed
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
  • Physically demanding tasks, including handling heavy loads
  • Attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
Work Environment

As a Construction Laborer, you will be working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. You will be required to work at heights and in fast-paced environments. You must be physically fit and able to handle heavy loads.
