- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Food Quality and Safety
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Administrative Tasks
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
- Establish work schedules, ensuring that staff are adequately staffed to meet customer demand.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
