Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Architectural Millwork Specialist to join our team in Canada. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating high-end interiors for our clients. If you have a passion for woodworking, cabinetry, and built-in units, and you're looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Study and prepare plans, specifications, or drawings of articles to be manufactured.
  • Trim joints and fit parts and sub-assemblies together to form a complete unit.
  • Create cut lists and machine to minimize waste.
  • Set-up/operate a variety of woodworking machinery, including table saws, panel saws, and routers.
  • Glue and fit together assemblies or sub-assemblies.
  • Install hardware.
  • Prepare material prior to finish process.
  • Ensure quality of craftsmanship.
Requirements
  • Vocational training as a cabinet maker/carpenter.
  • Competence in woodworking, cabinetry, built-in units, and wood veneers panels.
  • Excellent manual skills.
  • Ability to work in metric (an asset).
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings.
  • Ability to maintain a schedule.
  • Capability of working both independently and in a team setting.
  • 5 years similar or equivalent professional work experience.
