Senior Medical Staff Recruiter Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Medical Staff Recruiter Manager to join our team at Interior Health Authority. In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading the execution of strategic sourcing plans and overseeing the daily work of Medical Staff Recruiters.

Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $88,990 to $127,923 per annum, based on their qualifications and experience. Key Responsibilities- Prioritize, monitor, and assign daily work to Medical Staff Recruitment Team members, providing expert guidance and day-to-day oversight.
- Provide critical analysis and evaluation of recruitment data, identifying trends and making recommendations to improve efficiency and results.
- Represent the department and act as a liaison with Medical Affairs, Human Resources, and other Health Authorities as needed.
- Monitor spending for assigned components of the recruitment budget and make recommendations regarding recruitment budget.
- Support the development of processes and implement automation of recruitment systems to increase efficiency.
- C coordinate and/or attend career marketing events or engage alternative media to ensure IH is well positioned to attract talent.
- Apply full-cycle recruitment practices to ensure IH medical staff recruitment needs are met.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant Bachelor's degree.
- Five to seven years of recent, related experience in recruiting in a complex environment focused on high-profile positions.
- Advanced knowledge and creative ability in recruitment marketing and sourcing techniques for hard-to-fill positions.
