Job Title: Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Truck Driver to join our team at Ally's Helping Hand Ltd. as a key member of our transportation operations.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a tractor-trailer combination, transporting goods and materials across various routes, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining a high level of safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Driving and Transportation: Drive a tractor-trailer combination, transporting goods and materials across various routes, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Oversee the condition of the vehicle, inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment, and perform emergency roadside repairs as needed.
  • Logistics and Administration: Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption, and relay information to central dispatch.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records of bills of lading, driver logbooks, and inspection reports, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Licenses and Certifications: AZ class license and valid passport.
  • Skills and Abilities: Attention to detail, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, and willingness to travel for extended periods.
Work Environment:

This is an on-the-road job, and the successful candidate will be required to travel extensively, including overnight stays.
