M&P Truck & Trailer Repairs Inc. is seeking a skilled Welder - Fabrication Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our fabrication department, you will be responsible for interpreting welding process specifications, operating manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment, and fitting, brazing, and torch-straightening metal.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of welding processes and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment, and work in a physically demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret welding process specifications
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment
  • Fitting, brazing, and torch-straightening metal
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment
  • Work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in welding and metal fabrication
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Strong understanding of welding processes
