Job Title: Welder

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at M&P Truck & Trailer Repairs Inc. As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing various welding tasks to repair and maintain our fleet of trucks and trailers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret welding process specifications and operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment to cut and shape metal.
  • Fabricate and assemble metal parts using various welding techniques.
  • Operate hoisting and lifting equipment to move heavy metal parts and equipment.
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and physically demanding conditions.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a high level of organization.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting heavy objects.
