Job Title: Food Service Counter Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety standards and procedures.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed, and maintain a well-organized workspace.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food service or customer service role an asset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
