Department Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Supervisor to join our team at T&T Supermarket Inc. in the Meat Department.
Key Responsibilities- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to sales staff to ensure seamless customer service and efficient store operations.
- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales workers to meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and optimal store performance.
- Sell Merchandise: Provide exceptional customer service and promote sales of meat products to drive revenue growth.
- Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Issues: Proactively address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise in the Meat Department.
- Organize Inventory: Effectively manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and manage a team of sales workers to achieve business objectives and drive store performance.
- Organize Day-to-Day Business Operations: Ensure seamless store operations and provide support to the store management team as needed.
- Conduct Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and presentation in the Meat Department.
