Key Responsibilities
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
  • Special Meals: Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef, requiring attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked and efficient.
  • Cleanliness: Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the day.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
