As a dedicated professional at Aspen Hill Montessori Inc, we are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Program Supervisor to lead our team of educators and caregivers. The successful candidate will oversee the development and implementation of child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Supervise staff, trainees, or volunteers to ensure they provide high-quality care and education.
  • Assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Monitor and maintain records of children's progress and performance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to establish and maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Child Development Supervisor (ECE Level 3) certification.
  • Emergency Child Care First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Training certification.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Montessori Early Childhood Teacher Certificate.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide:
