Our client in the healthcare sector is seeking a Senior Finance Director FP&A to lead their financial planning and analysis team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a divisional FP&A team in analyzing data, driving performance, and supporting business decisions.
  • Perform financial data analysis, assist with period-end reporting packages, prepare annual budgets, and support quarterly forecasts.
  • Collaborate with Operations Directors and other operational leaders to drive process improvements and create efficiencies.

The successful candidate will have 8+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, a university degree, and a CPA certification. They should also have demonstrated experience building and leading high-performing finance teams with an operational focus.

Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and experience with large ERP platforms are essential. The ability to deliver results and add value across the organization while thriving in a matrix structure is also required.
