Job Summary:
Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a full-time Mental Health Therapist to join our diverse and rapidly expanding program in Vancouver. This position will be based out of the Clark/Cowlitz Fire and Rescue location in LaCenter, WA, and will involve co-responding with Ridgefield Fire and Rescue Paramedics to mental health crises in the community.
About the Role:
We are a growing team with a wide range of experience, educational backgrounds, and degrees. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will work closely with medical providers to establish a comprehensive "health home" for our clients, providing a rich clinical environment that is supportive and invigorating.
Responsibilities:
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, counseling, or social work, including coursework in psychological assessment.
- Meet WAC requirements for the designation of Mental Health Professional, be licensed, or have an associate's license.
- Experience with mental health evaluation/assessment and evidence-based models of treatment is a plus.
- Comfortable working with computers, Microsoft Office, and other software.
