Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies
    • Design and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
    • Conduct market research and analyze customer data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Manage and Optimize Digital Marketing Campaigns
    • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engine marketing, social media, display advertising, and email marketing.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, cost per click, cost per acquisition, and return on investment.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop compelling ad creatives and content that resonates with our target audience.
    • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Provide Data-Driven Insights and Recommendations
    • Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights, learnings, and recommendations for improvement.
    • Communicate complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns with a focus on ROI.
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
    • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and marketing automation tools.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
