We're seeking an IT service specialist to join our team. As an IT service specialist, you'll be responsible for providing Level-1 IT incident resolution and request management, monitoring computer systems, and maintaining committed service levels.

You'll interact with users regarding IT service incidents, requests, and how-to inquiries through various interaction channels.

Your tasks will involve moderately complex IT-related issues across diverse application software portfolios, multiple hardware types, and several business units.

About You

We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of IT service incidents and requests.
  • Monitor computer systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation of technical procedures and policies.
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Salary Information

The salary range for this position is $21.63-$27.04 per hour.
