About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Greenhouse Labourer to join our team at 1455467 B.C. Ltd. As a key member of our greenhouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and productivity of our crops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain the greenhouse environment to prevent the spread of disease and pests.
  • Assist in the cultivation and harvesting of crops, including tasks such as seed cutting, planting, and pruning.
  • Monitor and report any signs of insect or disease damage to ensure prompt action is taken to protect our crops.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our greenhouse production goals.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a willingness to learn and train is essential.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
