Job Summary

The LifeCafé Evening Supervisor is a key member of the Life Time team, responsible for overseeing the daily shift operations in the LifeCafé. This role requires a high level of customer service expertise, as well as the ability to motivate and lead a team to deliver an exceptional member experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage LifeCafé shift operations, making schedule adjustments as needed to ensure efficient service delivery

  • Act as daily shift leader, providing high-level customer and team support to ensure a positive member experience

  • Ensure team members prepare menu items correctly and provide professional service to customers

  • Provide recommendations for promotions and disciplinary actions to the Manager

  • Assist with light food preparation responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and efficiently to member questions, comments, and concerns

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire

  • ServeSafe certification required within the first 60 days of hire

  • Ability to regularly lift more than 20 pounds and work in a stationary position for prolonged periods

  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends, based on business needs

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in a high-volume food service or retail environment
