Key Responsibilities- Respond to routine breakdowns and repair issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Perform quality routine machine and plant maintenance to achieve high factory reliability.
- Ensure optimum performance of production equipment through effective and consistent setting.
- Participate in engineering-focused activities to support manufacturing plant and equipment.
- Work with the engineering team to meet engineering standards across the group.
- Deliver maintenance KPIs to ensure visibility of maintenance performance and required improvement for the site.

- Rotational 8-hour shifts (midnights, afternoons, days).
- 40 hours of work per week.

- $40.25 per hour.
- Afternoon and midnight shift premiums.

- Candidates must have a valid Millwright Certificate of Qualification 433A ticket.
- Experience in a manufacturing food processing environment is an asset.
- 5+ years of strong mechanical skills and mechanical/electrical troubleshooting experience.
- Strong Preventive Maintenance (PM) background, including experience developing Preventive Maintenance plans.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Self-directed/motivated team player, open to new technology, with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Possession of a 4th class power engineer ticket is an asset.
- Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds.
- Must be able to climb stairs and ladders and work at elevated levels.
- This job will require frequent bending and twisting of the back as well as working above shoulder height.
