The Role

">

The Yardi Commercial Support Specialist will be responsible for managing troubleshooting, optimizing Yardi Voyager for commercial real estate operations, and providing technical support to commercial property management and finance teams.

This individual will handle system configurations, financial workflows, data management, and user training to ensure seamless Yardi functionality for job costing, PayScan, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Resolve issues in Yardi Voyager Commercial and related modules, responding to Help Desk queries and tracking progress in the support ticketing system.">
  • Maintain customer service standards and best practices for support processes, ensuring timely responses and clear communication with users.">
  • Identify and implement process improvements within the Yardi Platform to increase operational efficiency, particularly in Finance, Job Costing, and PayScan workflows.">
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to help staff navigate Yardi software effectively.">
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external support (e.g., Yardi) to address escalated issues, manage system upgrades, and enhance platform functionalities.">
  • Ensure data integrity by performing regular audits, correcting errors, and updating system information as needed.">
  • Generate and analyze financial reports and ad hoc data to assist in business decision-making and commercial property operations.">
  • Manage time effectively, recording all billable and non-billable time in the time management system.">
  • Participate in project meetings as needed to support Yardi system-related requirements.">

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.

Experience: 3+ years of experience supporting Yardi Voyager Commercial within property management, real estate finance, or accounting operations.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Yardi Voyager Commercial, including Job Cost, PayScan, AP/AR, and General Ledger.">
  • Experience with Yardi system setup and configuration, including PayScan, job cost tracking, and approval workflows.">
  • Strong understanding of Yardi-related tools for commercial property management and finance.">
  • Ability to troubleshoot system issues and maintain data integrity across Yardi systems.">
  • Experience with software integrations, such as payment gateways and third-party financial systems.">
  • Ability to provide technical support and training to internal users on Yardi commercial modules and financial processes.">
  • Familiarity with system upgrades and patches for Yardi Voyager Commercial and related modules.">
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.">
