About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Reach for the Stars Montessori. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports the growth and development of our young students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Collaborate with our experienced educators to design and implement engaging child-care programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our students.
  • Leadership and Guidance: Lead activities and provide guidance to children, promoting their physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  • Health and Safety: Establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Maintain open communication with parents, guardians, and colleagues, ensuring a collaborative approach to supporting the well-being and development of our students.
  • Observation and Reporting: Regularly observe children and prepare comprehensive reports on their progress, highlighting areas of strength and potential areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Certifications and Qualifications: Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate, First Aid Certificate, and CPR Certificate.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
