We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at AL - MEDINA HALAL MEAT INC.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient store operations.
- Assign tasks and duties to sales workers, ensuring a smooth and productive work environment.
- Hire, train, and develop staff members to meet the needs of the store.
- Authorize payments, manage inventory, and oversee payroll administration.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
- Supervise office and volunteer staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent oral communication skills and ability to multitask.
- Organized, reliable, and a team player.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week in a fast-paced retail environment.
