Store Manager Opportunity
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Circle K. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Oversee store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and store maintenance
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer loyalty
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
