The Role of a Store Manager in Training
As a Store Manager in Training, you will have an immediate impact on sales and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for:
- Completing self-directed development through online modules and on-the-job training, focusing on people, leadership, financials, customer experience, and operations.
- Anticipating the needs of our customers and putting them first in all that you do.
- Leading, coaching, and motivating colleagues to achieve success and foster colleague growth.
